Our Stackable Cubes are a great low cost way to display your products or business inside an office or shop. Each cube will stack on top of the one below, so you can build a display that is hard to miss! They are digitally printed in full color on all 4 sides and come flat packed with tabs cut into them to join the cubes together.

The Stackable Cubes have an interlocking system of tabs and slots which allows you to quickly join them together to form a cube. They also come with 2 slots cut out of the bottom edge of all 4 sides so they can be locked onto the top of the cube below (at a 45 degree angle to the cube below - as shown in the gallery photos).
The Stackable Cubes are scored (half cut) to allow it to fold. It should be noted that this fold is visible on all 4 edges of the cubes where you will see the white flute. It will appear as a white line running down each corner of the cubes - as you can see in the photos in the gallery.
They are designed for internal use so the material and the full color digital print will last indefinitely. If used outdoors the UV will cause some fading over time.
The Stackable Cubes can theoretically be stacked as high as you want. We have tested them to a height of around 60” and recommend that, if you stack them higher than this, you might use an internal support to ensure they do not topple over.
While our Stackable Cubes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, we recommend them for use indoors as they are a very light product and would be affected by any wind. The Cardboard material will also need to be kept away from any water as they are not waterproof.
The notches on the bottom of the Stackable Cubes are the following heights:
12” x 12” size: 0.6” notch height
16” x 16” size: 0.6” notch height
20” x 20” size: 1” notch height
23” x 23” size: 1” notch height
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.

Signflute™ corrugated plastic has been specifically developed to match the demands of the new high speed flatbed printers and inks.
The corrugated plastic material needed to improve at the same rate as the printers to ensure maximum adhesion of the ink to the substrate. The older styles of corrugated plastic were found to be unsuitable for these high tech flatbed printers. They did not have the adhesive properties required - so the ink would just crack and fall off them after a short time!
Our exhaustive testing of many brands of corrugated plastic has shown that Signflute™ corrugated plastic - with it’s smooth surface and very high dyne levels - provides us with the highest quality print results and ink adhesion.
Our HP Latex R2000 printers are at the cutting edge of world printing technology and provide exceptionally high print quality with super fast printing speeds.
The R2000 flatbed printer is a 6 color flatbed printer which provides more vibrant colors and sharper print quality than conventional flatbed printers. Using the latest Latex printing process with water based inks, it provides glossier prints with greater scratch resistance and no UV smell!
