• When can you dispatch my order for Pop Up Tent accessories?

  These products are held in stock and orders placed and paid before 2pm EST will be packed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be dispatched next working day.

• Can I just use a Waterbag or Sandbag to secure my Tent?

  While our Waterbags and Sandbags are designed to help hold down your Pop Up Tent, they should always be used in addition to tent pegs. Even if you are using Waterbags or Sandbags it is not recommended to use Pop Up Tents in windy conditions.

• Can I use another supplier’s Tent products with Easy Signs Tent Products?

  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that Tent products supplied by another supplier will be compatible with Easy Signs products. We recommend measuring your existing product very carefully before placing your order as not all tents are manufactured the same.

• What is the difference between standard and luxury aluminum frames?

  ​The Luxury Aluminum Frames are heavier and more sturdy with a thicker 2 inch hex frame and come with a 5 year warranty. The Standard Aluminum Frames are thinner with a 1.8 inch hex frame and a 3 year warranty.

• What comes with the Pop up Tent - Aluminum Series Half Wall Support Kits?

  The Standard Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:

  A) 10x10 Pop Up Tent

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 10ft telescopic support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  
  

  B) 15x10 Pop Up Tent

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 15ft insertable aluminum support bar - which consists of 1 x 10ft support bar plus an extension bar which fits into the end of the 10ft bar (the ends of the 15ft bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  
  C) 20x10 Pop Up Tent

  
  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each corner post)

  1 x metal double sided center connector (which clamps to the center post)

  2 x 10ft insertable aluminum support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the clear connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the metal center connector)
  
  

  The Luxury Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:

  A) 10x10 Pop Up Tent

  1 set of 2 x metal end connectors plus 1 x 10ft bar

  B) 20x10 Pop Up Tent

  1 set of 2 x metal end connectors
  1 x metal double sided center connector (which clamps to the center post)

  2 x 10ft insertable aluminum support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the clear connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the metal center connector)

• Can I order different quantities of Waterbags and Sandbags?

  We only supply the Waterbags and Sandbags for Pop Up Tents in sets of 4 or 6 - one for each post depending on your frame size. We do not supply them in other quantities.

• How can I order the Pop Up Tent canopy and walls?

• Can I Use the Waterbags in Freezing Conditions?

  Our Waterbags are designed to withstand conditions as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
