• When can you dispatch my order for Pop Up Canopy accessories?

  These products are held in stock and orders placed and paid before 2pm EST will be packed and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be dispatched next working day.

• What is the difference between the Aluminum and Steel Series Pop Up Canopy?

  When choosing a Pop Up Canopy from Easy Signs you have two options: the Steel Series and the Aluminum Series. Both of these Pop up Canopy types come fitted with the same full color printed canopy and optional walls that are both UV and weather resistant. The only difference is the frame system.
  The Steel Series frame has a 12 month warranty and is made out of a textured, powder coated, (you guessed it) steel! This frame is our most economical frame system that is available in 2 sizes (6.6x6.6 and 10x10 feet) - it is not available in the larger 15x10and 20x10 feet options. The frame is heavier than the Aluminum Series so if you need to carry the frame long distances or weight is a consideration then the Aluminum option may be for you.
  The Aluminum Series has a 3 year warranty on the smooth, lightweight anodized aluminum frame. This is our premium frame system and is available in 3 sizes (10x10, 15x10 and 20x10 feet). If you are not concerned about the weight of the frame and looking for a more economical option than the Steel Series is the right option for you.

• What is the difference between Standard and Luxury Aluminum Frames?

  ​The Luxury Aluminum Frames are heavier and more sturdy with a thicker 2 inch hex frame and come with a 5 year warranty. The Standard Aluminum Frames are thinner with a 1.8 inch hex frame and a 3 year warranty.

• Can I just use a Waterbag or Sandbag to secure my Pop Up Canopy frame?

  While our Waterbags and Sandbags are designed to help hold down your Pop Up Canopy frame, they should always be used in addition to pegs. Even if you are using Waterbags or Sandbags it is not recommended to use Pop Up Canopies in windy conditions.

• Can I use another supplier’s products with Easy Signs Pop Up Canopy products?

  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that products supplied by another supplier will be compatible with Easy Signs products. We recommend measuring your existing product very carefully before placing your order as not all frames and canopies are manufactured the same.

• What comes with the Pop Up Canopy Half Wall Support Kits?

  The Half Walls Support Kits come with the following:

  
  

  a) 6.6x6.6 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 6 ft support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  b) 10x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 10 ft telescopic support bar (the ends of the bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  c) 15x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each post)

  1 x 15 ft support bar - which consists of 1 x 10 ft support bar plus an extension bar which fits into the end of the 10 ft bar (the ends of the 15 ft bar are inserted into the clear plastic post connectors)

  d) 20x10 Pop Up Canopy

  1 set of 2 x clear plastic post connectors (which clamp to each corner post)

  1 x metal double sided center connector (which clamps to the centre post)

  2 x 10 ft support bars (one end of each bar is inserted into the clear connector on the corner post and the other end is inserted into the metal centre connector)

• Can I order different quantities of Waterbags and Sandbags?

  We only supply the Waterbags and Sandbags for Pop Up Canopy frames in sets of 4 or 6 - one for each post depending on your frame size. We do not supply them in other quantities.

• How can I order the Pop Up Canopy Frame and Walls?

• Can I Use the Waterbags in Freezing Conditions?

  Our Waterbags are designed to withstand conditions as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
