The main difference between the E Flute and B Flute is the number of flutes per square meter which determines the strength of the box. E Flute has more flutes per square meter and is thinner in size, whereas the B Flute has less flutes and is thicker in size, making it able to hold more weight than the E Flute stock.
All of our boxes are available in White Kemi Coated corrugated cardboard stock; the main difference between these products is the shape.
The Flat Mailing Boxes are best suited for mailing smaller products such as stickers, photos, posters or documents just to name a few and are printed on our E Flute Material.
Our Custom Printed Mailer Boxes are used for a wide variety of items such as promotional packages, craft kits or packaging for small businesses. They are available in both E Flute and B Flute material depending on the size selected and are quick to put together thanks to the pre-cut lockable tabs - no need to use glue or tape!
These boxes have been designed to be easily assembled as they come pre-creased. To make things a little easier, we’ve created an assembly guide which can be found on this page under the downloads section.
For the White Kemi Coated material your Mailer Box will have a semi-gloss finish on the outside and a matte finish on the inside. Please see our gallery images for examples of the printed finish

If you select Single Sided printing, the inserts are unprinted and will be the color of the material you have chosen for your Wine Box i.e. White Clay Coated. If you select Double Sided printing, the inserts can be printed single sided to match your design!
The listed dimensions refer to the external size of the box when it is assembled. To ensure your goods fit in the box as expected, measure the item(s) and compare those measurements to the Internal Dimensions Chart available under “Other Downloads.

Our Custom Printed Mailer Boxes can be used to ship food that is pre-packaged and sealed. We do not recommend shipping food that is in direct contact with the cardboard.

No, these boxes are made from a cardboard stock which means they are not waterproof.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
