24hr production*We produce most of our products in only 24 hours (1 business day). The following shows what is required to meet this time frame and when your goods will ready.
Day 0: Artwork proof is signed off prior to 6:00pm Eastern Daylight Time
Day 1: Order enters production and is completed by 2pm and ready for dispatch or pickup
The day your artwork proof is signed off is not the day your job enters production, the day after artwork proof sign off is the first day of production.
For example: If you place an order with us on a Monday and sign off your artwork proof anytime between 8:30am and 6:00pm Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, your job will enter production the following morning (Tuesday), which is day 1 of production, and will then be completed at 2pm on Tuesday.
It is crucial that your artwork proof is signed off by 6:00pm Eastern Daylight Time. If your artwork is signed off after we close at 6:01pm it will be considered to be approved the next working day.
We also have an order value or quantity limit for all of our items to achieve the 24 hours production time. Larger orders are always welcomed but they may need some extra days for us to produce them. Please check the FAQ’s section on the page of the product you are looking at for more information on production times for orders with larger values.
